Holiday and time off today is recorded on timesheets. Multiple locations, extra administrator seats and some advanced reporting are structured on higher plans so they can be turned on as they ship. Integrations today include sending hours to Xero.

Micro includes rotas, clock-in and the workplace tools, without e-learning. Starter and Business include the modules that match your workplace type, such as hospitality, retail or workshops. Business Plus, Pro and Enterprise include every module. On any other package you can add the full library for £10 a month, on top of the software price.
The crossed-out figure is the standard rate. The lower figure is the introductory price, about 40% less, and each plan shows its own saving. You keep that introductory price for as long as the same monthly Direct Debit or upfront payment continues. It does not rise to the standard rate later. It is one price for the workplace, not a fee for each person.
Yes. You can move up as the team grows. We’ll keep the workplace, people and history with you.
You can go over the employee allowance for three months, which covers a seasonal rush in hospitality or retail. During that window the workplace keeps working, including clocking in. After three months, bring the team back within the allowance or upgrade before adding anyone else.
No. Dedicated clock-in hardware is purchased separately. Staff can still use the employee portal and other supported web and phone tools without a terminal.
Yes. Upfront is one Direct Debit for the year. You pay ten months of the monthly introductory price and receive 12 months of service. Monthly collects the first month when you set up the Direct Debit, then the same amount each month. GoCardless collects both. Prices are plus VAT.
Opening an account yourself has no setup fee. Assisted setup is included with Business Plus and above. On Micro, Starter and Business it is £50, paid once. Clock-in terminals are priced separately.
A monthly Direct Debit can be cancelled from Settings, which stops future collections. An upfront payment is a single collection for the year.
Business Plus and Pro are the plans for businesses that operate across more than one workplace. Enterprise covers custom location setups.
Yes. Your own website is a one-off add-on: we design and build a public site from scratch for £150 plus VAT. It is separate from the monthly software plan. Book a call and we’ll take it from there.
